A dynamic and charismatic leader, Betty Hollan has years of executive experience in a variety of organizations including global, fast-paced corporate environments, startup businesses, and nonprofit organizations. Betty serves Eggli primarily in marketing, strategic consulting, and executive coaching roles. She utilizes her business, coaching, and communications expertise to serve clients of all sizes and is obsessed with finding creative solutions for the challenges that companies, entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations face.
Prior to joining Eggli, Betty enjoyed a successful career at Delta Air Lines as global head of the airline’s worldwide network of airport lounges. She later founded a number of startups including a a luxury place-based media company, a strategic business and marketing consultancy, and an independent artist management firm and creative agency. Along the way, Betty served as Executive Director of Georgia Women of Achievement, a nonprofit organization founded by Former First Lady Rosalynn Carter to recognize the achievements of Georgia's historical women.
At her core, Betty is a connector of people and a relationship leader. She has utilized this unique ability in every role she's held in both her business and personal life. A travel addict, Betty has traveled to more than 50 countries, immersing herself in the uniqueness of each place and connecting to people around the globe.
Betty graduated with honors from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. She is action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, innovative, self-directed, and somehow stays relevant in this ever-moving, always-changing world.
