David Moake
MANAGING PARTNER
David is a co-founding partner of The Eggli Group and heads up the operations for the firm. Since the company’s inception in 2004, he has been responsible for leading Eggli’s operations including product delivery, quality control, and product development. He’s also been instrumental in Eggli’s business development. Under Dave’s leadership, Eggli has had the opportunity to work with companies such as Turner Broadcasting, BNSF Railroad, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Air Lines, CNN, Atlanta Housing Authority, Kennesaw State University, NASA, and Grady Hospital.
Prior to Eggli, David’s business expertise included corporate strategy development and implementing changes within organizations. With over 25 years of experience, David has led business and training initiatives in Marketing, Operational Process Improvements, Change Management, Project Management, and Organizational Design.
David’s experience with implementing changes in organizations, along with his use of adult learning and coaching techniques, has fostered his ability to train and individually coach leaders for excelling in positions of increased responsibility.
David is PMP and Six Sigma certified. After completing his degree in Human Behavioral Sciences, he completed his MBA at Kennesaw State University, graduating with Phi Kappa Phi Honors.
