Pamela is a dynamic, certified training professional with over 30 years of experience. Her professional careers at Delta Air Lines and SunTrust Bank (Truist) afforded her the opportunity to fulfil her passion of teaching … helping others grow and excel. She has delivered development training courses to cross-divisional audiences at all levels of both enterprises. Pamela has facilitated focus groups, led team building initiatives and activities with leadership teams and functional training leaders, led multi-day instructor-led programs and blended solutions to encourage critical thinking and problem solving.
As a certified master facilitator, Pamela has proven her ability to deliver to diverse groups using multi-platform learning solutions for one-on-one to large group facilitation, coaching, tutoring and community management programs. She has contributed her professional expertise in support of curriculum development, revisions, and initiative implementation. Some vendor certifications include Center for Leadership Studies, Blessing White, Coleman Management Consultants, DDI, Thompson & DBM, and CMOE.
Pamela mentors young girls of incarcerated parents. She understands the power of encouraging youth to believe and realize their dreams, regardless of life’s circumstances, and the importance of a good education as a launching pad. Pamela serves on the Board of Directors for a non-profit organization and her homeowners association, volunteers at a local food bank, and is an avid golfer. She values family, friendships that add value to her life, and using her Delta retiree flight benefits.
